Kreon Technology places great importance on quality control. The goal of the quality control we perform is to control the results of our constructions. Since we provide high-precision and specification services, we certify it with ISO 9001 and verify it with quality control.
An important part of quality control is the WENZEL LH, it is a bridge-type measuring machine with a touch measurement system. With a granite table to reduce friction. With a wide range of useful measurement paths. Scanning is done with METROSOFT CM-Scan & CM-Surf Pro software.
Statistical control is done with METROSOFT Statistical Process Control. With high speeds and accuracies (measurement accuracy acc. DIN EN ISO 10360-2) of the scanning head and an automatic pin change system depending on the needs of the measurement. In addition, we have a precision roughness meter from MITUTOYO as well as a MITUTOYO DT-10 hardness meter with a range of Rockwell, Super Rockwell (N,T scale) and Brinell hardness measurements.
